Please note the following when returning an item:

• All returns must have a return authorization number; contact us by email for this number,
• All products must be returned in original, unused condition with the product hang tags included,
• Returns will be issued upon receipt of your return.
• In the case of an exchange, the item requested may have to be manufactured resulting in a 4 to 8 week lead-time after receipt of the return.
